MACH 6 Injectors?
I am going for big HP #'s with my twins. Are the MACH 6's the biggest injector that i can go with and keep it kinda almost streetable if i am careful?

Yes the Mach 6's are the right injector for you and yes they will be streetable with twins. In fact i know there are bigger injectors out there but I have yet to see any other 24v injector make more power on #2 only than the Mach 6. I can also say that they will be a good combination with that pump as you can see here:

Yes I have Mach 6's. I have not run them in the summer yet, but for as long as I have had them I have had no problems with streetability. Stop light to stop light the smoke is very controllable.

They are very streetable, you just have to watch how you pull out, a little to much throttle will get them smoking. After that there are really no problems. In your case your tire size and gearing (3.55?) would be your only drawback. Lugging will make a fair amount of smoke. Keep the rpms up and no problem.

I run Mach6's on the street in my daily driver. The first mile is a little smokey when it's cold, but that's just because it's all of stop'n'go. It's awesome to have the power when a pecky rustang or t-top friend wants to run. Ditto to the other posts on this thread - keep the RPM's up and you'll have no worries.
I stacked the EZ + TST just like Banshee posted in the forums. Connect the boxes in this order: stock Map sensor <- PM3 <- EZ <- Stock sensor hookup wire.
I'm actually considering going to a Drag Comp because of harshness of the TST box. I still need to find money for the gauges to suppliment the drag comp & I'm seriously going to consider it.

Has anybody ever towed a trailer with the Mach 6's?? I just bought myself the PDR HT3B/26 and HX40/16 twin kit. I was looking at upgrading my injectors for something a little bigger. Hows the fuel mileage with these bad boys? I know most people don't buy mach 6's for fuel mileage and to tow with. I also will be installing a heavily port and polished head and a hotter cam down the road. I think that I should be alright as the turbo are sized for a big injector like the mach 6's as long as I reduce the settings on my comp box. Thanks guys.

The 6's are for twin turbos only.
Most trucks with twins make 230 HP on injectors alone!!
One made 430 on injectors.
One made 458 on injectors.
One made 425, but that was in 4th gear with 4.10 gears
The cool thing is all of the trucks make more than that once you give them some fuel with a box.
You can add nearly 200 MORE HP on just about all the trucks with 6's with the box set on "KILL". Comp and TST do the same.
The truck that made the 430 went to 648
The truck that made the 458 went to 621
The truck that made the 425 went to 603
These are the RAW uncorrected numbers. DynoJet.
No COMP or TST has ever made an additional 175 to 200 HP. Generally its about 120. The reason is the injectors.
We have built injectors that make more HP with no box, but that was a direction I decided NOT to go 2 1/2 years ago. Streetability and long term engine durabilty for the end user were some of the reasons.
I actually built some really stupid injectors once to push the limits. We made 550 HP with a stock HX35, 3" exhaust, Blue Chip box and tiny shot of nitrous. Those same injectors made 480 HP on Diesel only using a stock HX35. So, it can be done...but its just not good for long term durabilty. The smoke was insane. The turbo compressor housing turned brown from overheating on the first dyno run.

Thanks Don, really good info. I have a question for ya. What was done to the trucks that run over 600rwhp? Are they stock injection pumps, stock cam engines? Has anybody ever towed with the mach 6? I look forward to installing these bad boys into my truck once I get the twins from PDR. Is there any advantage to run the edge drag box over the edge comp box? Thanks again.

Most of the trucks are stock cammed. All but one of them has a stock VP-44.
You CANT tow with 6's. Even with the box off. The water jacket temps get too high. Light loads maybe! I know some guys have towed with twins and 6's. Even heavy, but the "official word" is NO WAY! Twins make a huge difference in everything. The Piers twins are a class A set up and work very well!!

Don, how does the transfer case hold up with 600rwhp. I have the 241 transfer case. Does this need to upgraded too?? I looking at buying a DTT tranny and converter. I hate to forget about the transfer case. Thanks again.
