A little 24 valve help

I was drivin my pickup the other day and i was gettin on it pretty good and right up around 2600 rpm it like stuttered and kinda acted like it backfired or something. Anyone got an answer for this

Could be a number of different things, from a dirty fuel filter to low fuel pressure or a bad sensor.

Do you know how to do the ignition code check? Check your codes see if it throws any.

Gonna get a fuel filter tomorrow. It runs strong all the way up to that point. seems like it only does it under heavy boost. Ill check the codes too. Think the lift pump or injection pump is seeing its final days?

With the Quad your runnin, i wouldnt be suprised if it's the lift pump. Especially if your runnin on top stage. Check into a FASS. Way better than having to replace your injection pump

Is that mechanical lift pump hard to install?

Changed my fuel filter today, seemed to help a little bit. didn't really wanna get on it to heavy though
