Question Injector Line Replacement

My injector lines have rusted thru and need replacing. Does anyone know of an on-line store that sells these?

I can find all kinds of injector stores, but I need the metal lines. Could take out a 2nd mortgage and buy them from the dealer or from Cummins.

Hey, I'd even buy used lines from a good source if I could find one.

I thought some aftermarket vendors carried them. Could be wrong though.

I've found kits to upgrade line size from filter to injector pump, but no injector lines.

Oh I know they're made because there's guys who specifically look for larger diameter injector lines.

Look in the classifieds. Lots of guys do p-pump conversions, so the vp lines would be for sale.

Do you need all the lines or just some of the lines because I have a few that are good just dont remember which ones with out going out and looking. I'm not that far from you so let me know I might be able to help you out.

Tate: Good advice, I've sent a few messages, hope to find a set.

Bowhunter57: Its No 3, but No 5 can't be far behind. I need to replace all six. From experience, once one goes the others are soon to follow. The only one that looks safe is No 6. Thanks for the offer, if you do have the full set or a set minus No 6, let me know. Hey, I'm a bowhunter too and born in 57, any correlation?

Here's what 8 years of NY salted roads will do to the injector lines. I say 8 years because for the last 3 the truck has been in PA. PA uses salt too, but when NY does the roads are whiter than the fields.

Wow, thats one more reason for me to be thankful for where I live. My lines were virtually rust free when I pulled them off. Nothing like that!

Got to love them eastern salty roads. Thats one good reason why I dont want to move from the west coast. Out here they put gravel on the roads. I hate that crap too since the semi's throw it up. But its better than salt.

You can buy a set off EBay for less than the price of one from Cummins, they are very proud of theirs.

Can't say if the truck had a plow on it before I bought it, you're probably right. A lady I work with flipped her car over in NY, the tow truck driver looked at the bottom of her car and said you're not from around here are you?

I'd rather have the stone chips than have the rust.

Found a set on ebay, but it doesn't have No5 Cylinder. I'm hoping bowhunter57 has it.

Scheid's has complete sets. Cheaper than Cummins. Also Columbus Diesel Supply had them last I looked.
