Just ran 600 miles off of one tank in my Mega.
I was getting horrible fuel mileage (15.5 on the hwy at 75) when I realized the dealership that was servicing my truck didn't change the fuel filter at 15k oil change. At 20k, I decided to service my truck myself. Put Amsoil synthetic in with a fleetguard filter and changed the fuel filter.
I got 17.2 on the first tank after the change. Then 16.5 on a hard driven tank. Then 18.5 on this last tank.
I run my Smarty on SW3, which gives me about between 1.5 and 2 mpg.

I just topped 20 on the last tank running 62 mph, but I think that's because the station got a load of straight #2. I was getting 18 all winter, 17 mixed driving short runs (wife). I have the 3.73 rear gears. My goal is 22 mpg, and I'll do it .... one way or another.... BTW I use 16oz of PS every fill.

17.9 according to the overhead with 295 toyo mt's and the smarty on level 3. It is doing a little better than that I think because I haven't adjusted for the height of the tires yet.......

I guess alot of people must coast down hill every where they go. I get in my truck and drive where ever I need to and pull what ever and never look back. My truck hand calculated has never gotten better than 14mpg and has gotten as little as 8mpg. But next time I'm around any mountains (not likely in Florida) I will check the economy as I coast down hill.
