Im still lookin for the heat exchanger on my 95 5 speed. As I mentioned trheres nothing below the exhaust manifold but engine block and am fairly sure on my 93 there it was plain as day. Sticks dont have em? What am I missing here?? tried to post a pic of the pass side block but them dang batteries in the camera are all dead.

The heat exchanger you are talking about is for the automatic trans.

The one for the engine is part of the oil filter mount.

Thats what I thought. Looks like a block heater somewhat eh? So as I mentioned Im seem to be loosing coolant, some replies said to check the oil cooler cause they go bad. Would this be what there talkin about, and I dont have one. The oil filter mount If I recall has only the turbo oil supply line from it?? sound right??

The cooler is integrated into the filter mount and cannot be seen from the outside. If that cooler leaks you will have oil in your water and water in your oil. A common leak I have seen doing KDP jobs is the freeze plug behind the fan hub.
