Gm or Ford seats in a Dodge
Has anyone tried putting GM or Ford seats in a 2nd gen Dodge?
I hate the Dodge seats and want to convert to GM or Ford seats with the integrated seat belts.

Gm and Ford both have seat belts in the seats. The Dodge seats suck and I don't care what you do with them, they are still a piece of Sh. I have driven both the GM and the Fords with the belts in the seats and I like the Ford seat better than the GM seat. The GM seat is still like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Chevette over the Dodge seat. I cannot find a set of GM or Ford seats at any local salvage yards, otherwise I would just go and measure them and see if they fit. I don't want to buy a $600.00 set of seats online that will not work.
If no one has tried it I will borrow a truck with the seats and measure them. I just thought I would see if anyone else has done it.

Im not sure about this, but my dads F250 sure seems wider than my dodge, im pretty sure the seats wouldnt fit. I can try to get him to measure them though if you want. I do agree with you though, they're more comfortable.

6.4 seats
i put 2010 cabela edition seats in my 2003 2500, the bolt brackets don't match up whatsoever so i had to take them off and make my own, the ford seats are meant to sit on the floor flush in the front but our seats are on an angle, then more brackets in the rear of the seat because the oem brackets are much longer but they look sick
