Thanks for the replies guys. Its running pretty strong now. Still smokes like a freight train at full boost though so i may be able to handle a bigger charger

Its a 180 pump, rack travel mod, 0 plate full forward, lazer cuts, afc mod shootin through a set of DDP4 injectors. Can still peg the gauge fairly easy and can still throw a flame out of the stack if i get on it real hard at night. I plugged the wastegate line on the turbo the other night and could only get it to make 50psi max. We checked for boost leaks yesterday and found a pretty large one but its fixed now and we couldnt find anyother leaks. I thought it should make more than 50lbs but who knows. I think im gonna call HTT tomorrow and discuss it a bit with them just to see what they say. Timing is currently set at 20* but i thought about bumping it on up to about 24* to see if it makes much of a difference. Any suggestions?

My guess is by the time that 68mm charger spools, EGT's are too far gone to help bring them back down.
Right now, with the BOMB's in my sig, my EGT's stay below 1400* until I go over 33-3500RPM, then she get's hot fast. You have a Helix 2, so you don't have that problem! Also, for some reason my truck only dyno's at 375/778 right now which I'm sure you're over, so that has something to do with it!
Going to 24* should help temps, but it will hurt spoolup and make it start harder...shouldn't be too much though
