Bilstien Shocks OR Dual rear
I was wondering if the bilstien shocks was really that much better than any other shock out there ? I just put a superlift 6" lift and 3" body lift on my 2500 CTD with 37X13.50X17 tires 10" rims the truck looks KILLER. I also put dual shocks up front and single in rear they are rough country shocks my problem is the truck has a little sway side to side going down road ,would the bilstiens help this or would dual shocking the rear be enough? THANKS ANY HELP APPRECIATED. TRUCK IS 04.5 CTD 6SPEED

Get rid of those crappy white body shocks.....and if your truck is primarily street driven, you don't need duals in the front. All that's doing is over-dampening the front and making the ride harsh. The only time it's acceptable to run a dual shock is if one of them is a coil over and the other is a bypass shock.
Do the Bilsteins first, you'll be amazed at the difference in ride quality and handling.

I would say either buy new shock towers or make some yourself to work with and Eyelet to Eyelet shock and buy a nicer shock. Check out Thuren Fabiraction, KORE, Carli ther are some other ones too. They have shocks that are valved to the specifics of our trucks.
Also, it sounds like you are getting sidewall sway. Unless it is rocking from left to right mostly in the front. If that is the case, I would say that your track bar is not set right.
Just my .o2
