BHAF Heatshield
Just finished making and installing my heatshield. One question
I have is ,what does everyone use around the edge of the heatshield
to cover the sharp edges and give it a "finished" look. I don't want
the edge of the heatshield rubbing against anything and making
holes or exposing wires.

I went down to the parts store and bought some of that door trim molding and used some of that stuff, cheap, works great. In my gallery with the BHAF pic, I think you can see it.

I just cut one side of a piece of fuel line (all I had handy), and slipped it over the edge. You could probably use vacuum line just as well. Use some weatherstripping adhesive to make it stay there.
