After 366 spring install revs high and wants to die

After 366 spring install with the fuel screw in a little bit it and I don't think I kept the throttle spindal thing in place so it prolly got shifted a lil bit. In park and nuetral it idles high, but when put in reverse or 3 2 or 1 it idles really low to where it sounds like it wants to die. Sometimes it will if it has a slight incline. What is the problem?

Throttle indexing would be my guess. Recheck it from where it was before you messed with the pump.
