hey guys, i need some info. my 97 12v ctd the throttle is hanging. i can go out on the injector pump and manually operate the throttle and it just stays wherever i put it. the throttle arm seems to be pretty stiff and will not return from any position. this truck has been sitting for approx a week but this is an all the sudden thing. any help or advice anyone can give would be appreciated. this truck has too much power to be hanging the throttle. the braked will not stop it. (almost hit a pole!) thanks in advance. oh, i also tried lubricating the arm and all cables and rods to no avail.
