4in straight or what???

new to the diesel stuff put a 4in. straight pipe no cat no muffler on a 2004 Dodge 3500 4x4 laramie. I want it louder!! didnt know what i should do help me out?

how loud are u talking? If u want major loud go with 5". We're not supposed to talk about illegal piping on here so if its for "offroad" purposes only 5" straight if u dont mind the noise and sounding like a big rig

would a muffler shop have a 5in. straight pipe he had a 4in. didnt ask him while i was there.It should help out going bigger pipe on EGT too shouldnt

My cousin has a 5in turbo back exhaust ..... My brother 4in turbo back with duals ........... The 5in is louder but the 4in duals have a sweet sound

5" turbo back no kat no muffler is bone chattering loud!!! For offroad use of course!! I can't wait til my muffler gets here thursday!!! The only thing louder is 6" !!!! Ask Crashcade he is installing a dual 6" system when he gets his truck back!!
