05 diesel very quiet... milage great.

Thanks to all on this board, your help was appreciated.

I bought the 05 SLT w/ lone star pkg. from Henson motors.

They delivered it to me and picked up my trade with no problems at all.

$30,523 plus tt&l about a $1000 under all other offers.

Auto, diesel, red, quad cab. tow pkg. Neat the mirrors will turn up when you tow.

Amazing the 05 sounds like a gas engine its Sooooo quite.

Interior very much like the 03

Just got back from putting on 700 mi over Thanksgiving and milage was as high as
22.2 coming back and 18.8 going north into that nasty head wind we had on Wed before TG.

Thanks again
Carl

x baffle can help airflow, anything that big and bulky in the airflow has to slow it some, baffle also has a tube with inside ridges that trap sound, another of those must cause poor airflow items. To finish they both trap sound and we all know how much we like to hear dixie whistle sooooo while in there removing stuff out comes the silencer ring and presto, you can hear that pretty thing sing

Question

Can Hanson ship to Portland, OR?? I can't find any around here at that price unless they are loss leaders in which case you get there and they are neon green with 400 miles on them already! I need to find a truck in that price range in order to afford the payments. Thanks..
