Angry 03 hard starting

I have a 03 2500 4x4. about a month ago i went to start my truck and it took about 20 sec to start. So i figured it was the fuel filter changed it and it started fine for about 2 days. I thought maybe the lifter pump was going bad so i changed that to a carter in line pump using a fitting on the back of the filter housing. The truck started fine for a day. I checked to see if the pump was pumping fuel by having some one crank the motor over while i looked in the filterhousing and its getting fuel. The only way i can get it started is by unscrewing the filterhousing cap and sloshing the fuel around until its foamy then it will start around the third try. When i shut it off it will restart about five times then i have to do this again. If i drive it it runs great idles good has power etc but wont start again unless i stir the fuel up. I have not notiiced any leeks in the fuel system. Any help would be great i dont want to have to borrow my budies ford!!!!!!

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Check fuel pump pressure while running.

The source of your problem will be the injectors. Its an 03 thing. I went threw it last fall. Its a great time to get aftermarket ones if you dont have a warranty. The injectors leak off the pressure slightly and it make the lines get air in them and hard start happens.
