Heckthorn-SUCK might as well hardmount the suspension
FOA reservoir style shocks, VERY NICE, way cheaper than fox, bilstein, etc for a very equal ride. Run these on my rock crawler, want them for my 2500

CAGE offroad shocks on a superduty and now 2500. I would say on par with bilstein 5100's, for 1/2 the cost. cageoffroad.com
50 bucks per shock its pretty good price, for a 14" travel shock that is really good.

BDS has a shock I think that it is the 9500 series. They are very simular to the Bilsteins but have a better wty. I think that Elbebrock makes them.

Have them on my 06 Mega works as good as the Bilsiens.

Now I just put mine on this last spring, but so far I'm really pleased with the RS 9000's. Work great for the camper. Crank 'em up to 9 and it's pretty stable, and if I forget to turn 'em back down after I take the camper off, I'm reminded very quickly, lol! I usually run them on 3/1 front and rear and it seems to ride and handle very nicely...I think anything is better than the stock shocks tho...those things are pathetic!

KYB Monomax. Only shock I've put on last 3 trucks. Nice firm and controlled ride. About the same $ as bilstien HD.
