Measure return flow from injectors, maybe?

You need to monitor your fuel rail pressure when cranking over engine. Excessive leakage of fuel will not allow pressure to build high enough for ECM to turn on injectors. When the engine is cold the fuel pressure builds high enough to turn on injectors. You can try re-tightening HPC tubes, theses tubes make direct connection to the injectors by use of a tapered seat on the injector. When they become loose the high pressure fuel leaks out and will not build any pressure in the fuel rail. This video shows some tests that need to be done to diag. your no start hot problem. At 5:16 shows tighten HPC tubes, torque these to 37 ft. lbs.

Good video. If return flow is high, hopefully it is as simple as torquing the fuel tubes, but it may very well be high return flow from injectors.
