I have had more than one of these come in the shop. I usually keep one on the shelf. Good thing i do because I needed it for my 05. It wasnt worn all the way through but it was close.

Oh yeah, Dodge quoted me $92 CDN in addition to the 3-4 week wait. They couldn't and can't provide a firm delivery date, 3-4 might be 5-6 or more. I'll get it from Cummins.

Got my line from Cummins through a third party, $55 delivered.
The new part number for #4 injector is Cummins 5289447. They've replaced that blue plastic restraint with a more robust metal hoop with internal rubber liner. Have to see how it works, looks like it's a better restraint system. Less prone to loosen as the rubber isolator would have to deteriorate for that to happen.

Wow, $55? I bought one several years ago for 17 bucks at the local Cummins dealer. I guess they realized these are in demand! I still have mine in the compartment behind the rear seat... (knocking on wood).
