Door hinge pins

I'm going to be doing my pins and bushings this weekend. Anything special I should know? Or does anybody have any tips?

Them doors are heavy. Don't drop 'em on your foot.

Use cycle tiedowns through the open windows to suspend 'em from the tree limb you usually hang your motor from. Or the center beam of your garage. Saves a bit of cussin'.

Did my 91's once; if you're careful you won't need to disconnect wiring or pull the boots.

I just put a floor jack under my driver door when I replaced the pins in it. I did one at a time which kept it from trying to fall over if I had pulled both at once.
