Help finding proper name and source for part
My 1996 12 valve Cummins has developed a bad coolant leak due to a rust hole in what the one Cummins scamantic calls an "oil cooler" The part is looks like an 8 to 10 inch approx by 2 to3 in approx diameter tube that is located between and below the turbocharger on the passenger side of the engine block. parallel to the engine block front to rear. it has coolant connections at each end and two connections for transmission oil.
I need the correct name for the part and possible places to buy this part. Any other info on this part would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Tubular? That's the (auto) transmission oil cooler, aka heat exchanger.
Every automatic cummins truck 89-02 has one... maybe even 03+, but I'm not familiar.
Some part #'s here
