Never seen a 3.73 geared 1st or 2nd gen Dodge Cummins truck.
All those Dana 70 and 80s I have seen, came from the factory with 3.54 or 4.10 gearing options.
That is except the non intercooled ['89-'91.0] 1st gen trucks, usually with automatics that had the 3.07 gearing option.

Buy a Dana 70/80 that bolts into your truck easy, or at least the right width. Re-gear it to 3.73. Why does 2003+ matter?
Theres more factory 3.73 possibilites if you move to that big AAM diff... 11.5" ring gear. The classic chevy 14bolt is also common in factory 3.73.

So looking for '03+ Dana axle, in a gear ratio they never offered, sounds like you will be looking for a long time.
u2slow listed a couple options that would work to get what you need. All involve doing some wrenching.
