For those of you that are making your first trip to The Ranch, here are a few pointers/info.

* No indoor plumbing
* No indoor shelter
* If you want to eat and drink, be sure to bring it with you.
* It is probably going to be cold at night and cool during the day. Come prepared...... bedding, clothing, etc.
* If you plan on drinking anything stronger than Mountain Dew, don't plan on driving.
* I have a floor jack, jack stands, air compressor and some tools. Anything beyond that, you will need to bring it.

Any questions or for directions, PM me.

Well, Tyler gave me his 5" piece at the shop, although I don't remember how long it was after I was finished with it - but it's probably too small to fill up your exhaust hole with the muffler gone.

I could measure it for you on Monday, but it sounds like you want to swap tomorrow when all the guys come over to Robert!

I'll be in McKinney in the morning to pick up a few things, so I should be there early.

Check out the new addition to the sig!! I'll be there tomorrow in one or the other... Have both down in FF right now. The mileage that thing makes makes it tough to drive the truck all the way up there for a day!!

Bought the car down in Houston. Filled the car dove to FF (75-90mph) and just had to top the car off... used $8 in fuel!!! 54.8MPG hand calc!! was AWESOME!!!!

Not a Cummins or a dodge, but still a diesel! with a VE style injection pump at that! lol My $600-$700 a month fuel bills were breaking me! Sold my trail truck to make the down payment... If I keep my current mileage/year this little car will save me $3500-$4000/year! Big deal for a college student!

Whichever vehicle I show up with I'll have my adrenaline for RowJ to try and some Opti-Lube for Fade94...

If I end up taking the car if somebody needs electrical stuff post up so I throw it in!

Cool Brian! Can't believe you would let the Yota go though!

I need to get me something to run around in too! 54mpg sounds nice. But, I hate getting in those little squad cars already...because of the size. I feel safer in trucks!

A while back I saw a lady die after a crash......she got hit in the PASSENGER side door of her Toyota Corrolla while driving (in the driver side obviously) ...TBoned by a Durango. Can't help but think she would have lived had she been in one of our trucks. Size matters!

Speaking of death. I have been training a rookie the past 4 weeks or so. So I have been extremely busy at work taking all the hard/difficult calls.

We went to the stabbing domestic murder of a L/F by hubby...in front of their 2 year old. We arrested him and he was saying what a relief it was that he did what he did. (Bipolar)

Last Sunday a call involved the suicide of a 18 yo kid...put a .45 to his head right above his right ear. His dad found him...(Garland Firefighter) and his mother (Garland Homicide Detective) was on scene too.

Couple of nights ago...worked a kidnapping/abduction/rape at knife point.

Been to jail numerous times for various other things. Been to the psych ward 3 different times with some other fruit cakes.......one of which thought it was a funny joke to spray his 75 yo female neighbor with a fire extenguisher right in the face.

Welcome to the Big D!

I'm wanting to find a Jetta like that, either that or move to town, 12mpg that I don't drive but 4 miles a day is a lot cheaper than 16mpg (too much in town) and having to drive 30 mile round trip 7 days a week.
