But for a lost less, I would be willing to tell you where to go

Finally decided on the biggest & baddest Garmin, without Bluetooth; so actually a middle priced unit. Garmin nuvi 650! If interested, see HERE

Was about to order on line through Walmart when.....
Yesterday at 6am was in local store. They had 10 of these on a Christmas Special for $399.00.... got the last one! Retail is almost $600.00, but Garmins retail prices are always high (to protect from compeating w/ dealers, I imagine).

Merry Christmas to me. Merry Christmas to me. Merry ...................

Merry Christmas Rowland!! I keep debating about getting one of the Zumo models.....and use it in my truck and also mount it on my ATV while out riding. The Zumo models are specifically for Motorcyclists...and my Brother in law loves his... (he travels all over the USA on a 47 Indian Chief!)

I have also debated about the hand held type too. I go back and forth.

One thing is for sure....the prices may be coming down some....but not NEAR enough.

I may settle and just get the Nuvi 200 like Charlie got.

Congrats on yours!!

What a shame!

Scotty's a nice enough guy, steady job and all that - too bad his latent nurturing issues and overcompensation for the feminine side of his psyche have lowered his self-esteem to this tragic attempt of reaching out to a female who'll unconditionally affirm his masculinity ($$$ notwithstanding, of course!).

The holiday season is tough for some folks - maybe we should stage an intervention?

Might be too late - think that's already been tried!

Last Saturday at our chapter meet, Tyler rode all the way up from College Station with Scotty in the School Bus, and I noticed the center console was in the upright position...

Just to bring this TTT, I thought I'd try my hand at a Christmas Poem!

Was the night before Christmas, Santa felt less than gay.
He needed more power to handle his sleigh.

So many toys and places to go....
"As the Reindeer get older, we just seem too slow."

All over the world, and just in one night...
"Can't see how to do it, time just seems to tight!"

Then an idea occurred to this crafty old man...
A nice diesel engine would aid in his plan.

"With reindeer in front, and a Cummins in back.....
Every child on earth, gets a toy from my sack!"

So, preserved was the legend, AND later that night.....
As he zoomed over rooftops, and flew out of sight.

He was heard to have said, to one and to all....
.................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ................. Actually nobody could hear what he said over the noise of the Cummins.
