I know 'LongBob'. Met at dyno event...very nice guy.
He was interested in my twins and I was interested in his high ratio PSC steering box. We drove each others CTD's.
But I might have driven his before that turbo?
FYI - Very clean and well maintained truck!

Had a good day today for once in a while anyways we all got to dyno our trucks today and it was a great turnout! I put the 2006 on there with my stock exhaust but with smarty alone (the old 170 tune) it did 482.7 at 989 touque... so not to bad for what is on it. I am uploading the new tune tonight (TNT 230HP) and take the stock exhaust off and run it again tomorow. Then when we go to Boling Green I will be able to compare numbers

I downloaded the Smarty Beta 4.20 tune the other morning, truck fuels hard down low but not much above 2k, EGT's are very low takes them a while to get to the 1500 range. Boost gets to 38 a bit faster.

driveability is hard, there is no TQ. managemnet levels, no timing levels or RP levels. i think i am going to back is down to SW5 today for driveability.

So do you have the REVO? I have all those settings on mine and I believe most newer ones they sell already have the tq man. settings and timing etc.

i am not sure what it is, email from bob said,"max here is beta 4.2. Give it a try.
Bob. "
when i plug the smarty in it says 4.1 , the manual says some tunes do not have the adjustable option.

Off topic question time:

Does anyone have any experience with a stuck key in the ignition switch of a early 90s model Chevy truck? My parents have an old farm truck that this happened on this weekend. It's been parked in the barn for a while loaded with old feed sacks and other trash that couldn't be burned because of the drought. We tried to get it started, but no luck. The key was working fine at the time. So we turned the key on and pulled it into neutral (auto trans) to pull it out of the barn. We moved it out, puts the trans back in park, but the key cylinder won't turn back from the on position. It turns normal to the start position and returns to on like normal, but it won't go back. Doesn't matter if you push in, pull out, nothing.

Not overly concerned because this truck may get sold "as is", but it would be nice if there were a simple fix so I could try to get it running.

Already tried that one. That was my first method of problem resolution. If I use any more force, I figured I'd either snap the key off or destroy the column. Neither one of those would help much on resale (aside from making it look stolen)

With it in park, jiggle the shifter arm and key at the same time.

On my truck there is a little lever underneath the key that you push down.

thats my thoughts too, rack it down to first then up to park multiple times, and also might need to turn the wheel a bit.
