Unsubstantiated rumor, IMO. Been doing it for yrs.... until these Pro Comp directional tires.
Some members report swapping side with directional tires... if needing to even up the wear.... with no problems.

Here's a couple pics of the tire damage. I parked in the garage before I thought about taking exterior pics.

And I checked the DOT number and the tire was made in February '07.

Anyone have any feedback on the best place to look for a front-end replacement bumper in the DFW area? IIRC, Ranch Hand has an outlet in the Irving area. Just wanted to see if anyone had any good ideas. Doesn't necessarily have to be Ranch Hand, just a similar style.

In Whitesboro..... just east of town, on the north side of Hwy 82! Ranch Hands... in stock.
Think it's Texas Trailer Ranch (use to be). Nice people... no special pricing when I bgt!

I bought my RH bullnose, and other goodies from Yancy Freeman, All Pro Truck Accessories, Watauga . out of your area but they have been good to me. They had the lowest price on RH I could find. They also sell Frontier.

I think it is worth it to pay them to install. they have re aligned mine free after a couple of times smashing into things.

Yeah it came within a few (4-5) miles from the house. No damage; it touched down in an open field and left. Thank goodness. I appreciate you asking.

Good luck Max!

I'd say that you'll "blow" them away, but maybe this isn't the time for lousy puns.

In other news, I'm back in India for 3 days. So I guess I'll pick up the night shift around here till then.
