Don't know of many in Stephenville, but there is a good one on the square in weatherford called Two heels and a loafer. A full set of heels and soles cost me about $65 last time I was in there.

I think we're just down to Chick Elms, Cowboy Capital closed the week of Christmas. The only other option I can think of is Penoka's Saddle Shop (spelling is probably wrong).

well i went to capitol hatters and he told me it was gonna be min 3weeks and chick is at bout a month out on em i believe.
