DHRA in Baytown October 11-12
it wasnt as good as the last couple of years, they need more competors and more vendors. PLUS I HAD TO PAY $10 FOR FREAKIN PARKIN....BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE IT WAS $5. There was also no dyno.
Actually, other than the delays in the afternoon, it was a good event.
Great turnout. A decent amount of vendors, but I don't remember ever having too many there. The trucks were cool...over 50 trucks lined up for the "test and tune" or just bracket racing..cool to see normal trucks lining up. The crowd was huge...I'm used to going to Import events in Texas and the diesel crowd made the import crowd look tiny. I didn't get to stay for the truck pulls unfortunately...hopefully someone posts pics.

That was a fun event. My cummins was still broke so I took my Dmax instead and spanked up on a comvoy of cummins. lol There were 2 cummins though that would black out all of I-10 and left my mid 13 second truck like it was sitting still.
The event was reall fun though, I loved that old 80's model Chevy half ton with the 12v. That was different and pretty sweet.
