Chapter 42 End of Year Meet

Well, it would have been nice to have more of a meet this last time, but at least some of us got to test drive the other trucks.
I'm open for suggestions for when and where for December guys.

I'm going home for the holidays after finals so the first couple of weeks would work for me. When that lady cop made us leave it gave us a good excuse to leave a nice bit of "cloud cover" on the way out. hahaha..

Sorry I haven't been around guys, I'll try to make the next meet for sure.
Hopefully getting a new clutch soon..Mine is extremely bad...Slipping in 4 and 5 on levels 4 and 5 on the juice, and in fifth on level 3. Maybe I'll get one for Christmas.

Ok guys, I've totally turned around the whole truck thing. I'm still gonna get a personal one and keep what I have, get injectors, twins, and possibly stack a bullydog with the edge....I can do that can't I? Also when I do that I might be getting rid of the 6" exhaust....probably here pretty soon actually. Anyone interested in it, or maybe parts of it?? I have the downpipe, about 5-6' of 6" pipe, then the whole tail pipe, and muffler. Hasn't been welded on at all, have everything for it. It was installed in April. Also, if the bullydog won't stack well or can't with the edge I'm going to be selling the edge. So if there's any takers out there let me know. I have to get the bullydog first before taking off the edge. Thanks guys!

Well tell me what you'd offer. How soon do you need the exhaust?? I won't be back in town till the 10th. I'd need to get a new downpipe for mine first though, unless you don't need that part, I can give you everything past the 4" to 6" reducer. Let me know. I wasn't too sure, how much is the 5" you're ordering??? I'll be back on later tonight. I need to try and get enough out of it so I can get a single stack for now. It isn't too much cause most of it I can do myself.

Randy, supposedly with the twins it's supposed to hold the load just fine. I've talked to my mechanic and it wouldn't have happened if that cooler wasn't on, if it was off, my trany would be fine. He's putting in another new triple disc billet torque converter, and other things we didn't do last time. But I've talked to some that have the twins and they all say it's better than a 6 speed as far as holding the gears and he recomended getting a trany lock, it's impossible to slip with one on it. My sister has one on hers and that's why it pulls so freakin hard and great, at times even better than mine and her truck's stock pretty much! So that's the news so far lol.

I'm not in a real big hurry, but preferably before Christmas. The one I'm looking at getting is $250 + $65 for shipping.
