My little cousin tried to get her 03 inspected and got turned down 3 times because the retards told her it didnt have a cat. well no crap, they were built without one. its got THE factory exhaust, only mod is an ez. any suggestions where to go??

 

Anywhere else but where she is going! It is a safety check only, with no exhaust check whatsoever. Even the local dealership should be able to inspect it just fine. It only costs about $14.00 or so.


Whereever she is going to, they need their head examined, not her truck.

They didn't even put CATs on them till 04.5.........and mine has been inspected at 3 different places including the dealership without it.

Actually, if they flagged her in the system as a failed inspection, I'm not sure that she can go anywhere for an inspection except that place till she passes. I think that if she goes anywhere else, they'll see her flagged in the system.

I would have that inspection station call up the local Dodge dealer and get their facts straightened out. Otherwise, have her get in touch with the dealer and get something explaining which years had cats that she can give to the station.
