Only thing I have in 8" pipe is super super thick and heavy crap. About 1/4 or 3/16" thick.

Randy, ok well you know where I might be able to find anything that big round, but a good gauge for an exhaust??

Yeah, it sucks laying around and not doing anything. Usually I'm on the go all the time but having to rest up and a 102.5 fever, sore back and neck, and a bad cough isn't fun, and a headache. The doctor drew some blood and gave me a shot in the butt, that wasn't all that fun lol.

Another thing I might look at is a 4" pipe on this 06, I have a 5" right now, but it seems kinda laggy to me, unless I put mods on to help with that increased airflow that's needed for the 5" to be good. So if anyone wants to trade, or has one for sale let me know.

Ace Muffler in Stephenville has 7" and 8" tips in stock. I think they're made for 4" but you could just cut the "swedge" down on the inlet side of the tip to where it would fit 5" diameter pipe and not have a bottle neck effect on your 5". Looked at them a while back. They're like $150 installed.

Brady, do you still have that turbo? Let me know if you're free to meet up sometime.

Jordan, its not good when your temprature is the same as the rock stations that I listen to. 102.1 The Edge and 102.5 The Bear.

Oh, if you're looking for a long one they might not be what you're looking for because IIRC they are in the 12-14" range.

Matt. Yeah, it's not a good thing. I think I'm past the fever, I have to haul hay tomorrow. We're gonna finally start our 2nd cutting in the middle of sept. FINALLY! lol. So are you around this year? I bought land out in Dublin, I have to start clearing old fence lines and put up a new one. I've got some work that needs to be done there. So I'll be out that way a bit more, I'm building a place on it to live too but between now and then I may need to stay in town instead of driving from FW to dublin all the time.

S05.9.......thanks for the info, I think that may be long enough. I've seen shorter ones though.

What about a next meet, when is that? Is it for sure the 6th?

Ok, I'm thinking about putting the first mod on this new truck. The Bully Dog Triple Dog. But if I take it into the dealer will they detect that it's been on there, or not? I can't remember that part.

Smarty is the only programmer that I am aware of that doesn't leave evidence. Unless you get a module (chip) that requires wire splicing or taping then a module is completely undetectable (especially if you reset your mileage computer before taking it in)
I'm back in Stephenville, I'm living in a 5th wheel in a trailer park beside Wal-Mart. You have a couch if you need it.
