If you're thinking of converting the Dodge Flipout Towing mirrors to power and heat look the &quot;F&quot; out for that **** spring. Once you get the locking washer loose that puppy comes zinging stait for you head. [undecided] Dang thing took the hat right off my head by gosh. <br><br>Note to Self;<br><br>Be careful on second mirror as to not to loose an eye to flying spring. ;D<br><br>These things are going to be sweeeeeet when I get them on.<br><br>DB

Here is how it worked out for me. <br><br>I spread the word around to all my Dodge buddies that I was looking for a used set of of the nonpowered trailer towing mirrors and one of them came through for me. 8) He broke one of the heads on his dad's truck and about a week later one on his truck cracked. It's cheaper the buy 2 mirrors than one so he bought to brand new ones and gave me the 3 old ones. 8) Now i just have to by the new 03 powered units and put all the peaces to gether and I'll have my powered flip-out towing mirrors. <br><br>Another good source is Ebay it seems like someone is always selling them on there. I just looked tonight and just missed a new set of an 03 that where powered for $300.
