I need to get another enclosed car hauler/moving trailer and wondering if this will work? Other than maybe a steep approach angle for a car, and higher center on gravity overall. Anything else might not be a good idea? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

FWIW, do a GOOGLE and call a manufacturer/dealer.

i called once, talked to guy for awhile.

there's a LOT of variables in trailers (how wide is that one?)

he was really emphatic about how a car's weight should be low, but you see that trailer has the car well above the axles, so wider inside, but the CG will be higher too.

like ATV's, snowmobiles, bikes, all diff purposes.
frame spacing, tie downs, deck thickness.

he really educated me about buying the right trailer for my needs.

but, yes 8.5 by 24 (that one is 28!) will do anything you need, except fit in the yard.

i used mine for storage

cool thanks. I didnt think about the frame spacing and such. The pic from underneath makes it look beefy enough. After the move it will be used as storage during the home remodel.

judging by the door rating and the axles, if you can get a car in there, i'd do it. might lay some 2x12's under the tires to distribute the weight out a little more. as long as the car doesn't weigh over around 5 grand.
