where to put D-Rings in 24 ft encl trailer?

where to put D-Rings in 24 ft encl trailer?

need to install D-rings for a buddy, but where?

how far apart/from sides,

and how far forward & aft?

has backing plates, bolts, D-rings already.

I think it all depends on what he will be hauling inside the trailer. A buddy of mine bought an enclosed to haul his Jeep, so he drove his Jeep into the trailer and we mounted the D-rings where they would secure the Jeep down. I think there is 2-3ft from the ring to the tow point on his Jeep in the front and back.

you could always install e-track and then be able to put the tie downs where you need them......

cars mostly. getting a free 55 chebby pickup,

he's got a drag car.

just anything,

but these D-rings are for car hauling.
