You can get on the manufacturer's web site and it will tell you how much the machine weighs. We run skid steers at work but I can't tell from the photo how big it is. The trailers should be around 1,000 pounds.

5,785 lb for the skidsteer and about 1500 for the trailer. I have the 1020 and that thing is about 2000Lbs heavier than the web sight says

I know, didnt take it personally. Makes me wonder though. I have been looking at toyhaulers that say 7500 to 10k thought it wouldnt feel as heavy. Course 35's and 373 dont really help either.

Once you hit 5000 pounds it all feels the same.I haul about the same skidsteer at work and it feels alot heavier than my 9600 pound 5th wheel.

I pull a 11.7K lb fifth, and a smaller 5K lb utility trailer. The fifth is by far more noticable.

Trailer is about 2000lbs or more, skidsteer 5800 I would say you had 8000lbs on your hitch. Inflate the tires to full pressure, it will help a lot, also be sire they are at least E rated. A pull behind will feel much worse than a gooseneck/5th wheel where a lot of the weight is on top of rear axle and some on front too.
Next time keep looader a little back from tongue, let the trailer take some of the load but not too much, I see that tariler has at least 6000lbs axles, so it's heavier duty. Around here the rental place sends you home with a trailer with car tires... , many times I made them understand if they blow, I will call them a have them fixx it on the spot, I am not going to do it for them.
