I may need to pick up a 5th wheel type flatbed trailer 8 hrs away, would be a one shot deal, converted to GN when I get it home (may be too good a deal to pass up, who knows why its a 5er but I'll have a bit of welding to do & I won't have enough time to do the 5er>GN trailer conversion till I get it home....). Any way to fit a temporary or adapter set up so I can tow it home with my turnover ball equipped GN hitch? any such thing I can buy and re sell when I'm done with it?

You might also look for a Companion 5th wheel hitch that attaches to the B&W turnover ball socket...

 

There has been a B&W companion in the classifieds for a while now.

 

I like that set up.
