Travel Trailer stabalizer companies
Now its time to make a choice on load distribution hitch for a 31' travel trailer. There are so many companies that I dont know which one is the best.
The list below is just a few that I have found... What you think????
Draw-tite
Curt
Putnam
Quality-S
I am looking for a system that will support 1000lbs of tongue weight and 12k of trailer. The trailer does not weigh that much but if I ever pull a bigger one..I buy once and be done with it..
Thanks
Rick

My 24' tail-gator came with an eqaul-izer hitch. It combines weight distribution and sway control. I'm fairly new to the whole rv scene, so I'm not familiar with all the brands mentioned, but am very satisfied with the equal-izer.

I have the drawtite which we used on my prevous vehicle that worked well. I no longer am using it and if you're interested I'd be will to sell it around 1/2 price of new.

The Hensley Arrow is the best. The Equalizer is second best.
If you decide you want an Equalizer, I can save you a lot of money. I just upgraded to a fiver and have my Equalizer hitch still. It has less than 2K miles on it and is only two years old. It is the 1,200 lb. tongue and 12,000 lb. trailer rated model.
Just throwing that out there if you are interested. I could take some photos this weekend if you are interested. PM me if you are. I've been considering putting it on eBay, but would rather let another member here have it for a fair price.
