But... if the DMV and CHP don't have the answers, I guess anything goes!
Oh, then I probably got things mixed up. I always see 3500's, sometimes 4500 or 5500's towing Fith wheel flatbeds, enclosed trailers and by My dads shop we have a government auction. They have a bunch of 3500's with a fithwheel incline flatbed that tows 3 cars. Once I seen a dodge ram 3500 2nd gen with a Nean ontop, BMW 7 series and then a mercedes SUV in the back. I'm pretty sure their overloaded but thats the risk they choose to take.
I thought that you guys where talking about towing a trailer with another one behind it. LIke a semi truck with two 20-25ft long flatbeds, or towing two water, gas, grain tanks, or even 2 enclosed vans. I never seen or heard about a pickup towing 2 trailers at once.

I ran my 90 ram 3500 4x2 reg cab for over 400,000 miles and most of that was with a 3 car wedge loaded. I had all the safety required components as well as the enhanced suspension and braking.
Average weight across the scales was 25,000 pounds.
I will have my new trailers here very soon and I will take pictures of them loaded with strongman gear. I will put them in my gallery.
My flat deck is rated for 20,000lbs with dual tandems, the speedloader tilt deck car trailer pulling behind it has 2 7K axles and 14 ply tires. I have a brakesmart controller on its way and I have the Pacbrake all ready to go. Fire extinguisher on board.

HOw well did your 90 do towing 25000lbs? Freeway grades? Any mods on it? It just seems like, if you have enough money to buy 3 cars from the auction every other day, then why not get a semi truck with a car carrier trailer, safer, less stress and can carry more cars. Or where these personal cars?
