I want to lift my truck 6 in. and run 37's and pull a 5er, but i dont want to lift the trailer due to the higher center of gravity, and i was considering a deck untill i seen this. www.towingdiversity.com

I have heard of a user of the Tow Buddy on rv.net but can not remember his user name, other than that I can't help.

 

If your concerned about a higher center of gravity why lift your truck??

 

Higher center of gravity of the trailer. The trailer is higher than the truck.

 

Looks like it adds about 1000 lbs to the weight of the tow so you need to keep that in mind also. This means if your 5er weighs in at 10,000 then with the Tow Buddy in use you would be towing about 11,000 lbs.

Probably a none issue with the Cummins but definitely an issue with something like the van in the photo.
