Tires-Goodrich A/T Ko's on Dually Rear
I am thinkuing of these for my repalcement tires in the futute. What kind of experience have any of you had with these tires as far as mud/traction with 2wd limited slip? Milage?
I have also been interested in these new Goodyear Wranglers with Kevlar, but they do not make 235/85/16e's, at least according to their web site. Anyone tried any of these?
Looking for a good cross purpose tire, as we RV off road, at least a little.

I've been looking at the Goodyear Tracker at Wall-Mart. these look pretty good.
Also the local tire store is pushing Firestone Transforce A/T claims these are the best all around tire going. they have a very high rating in snow and wet conditions. Plusa high mileage rating....according to him.
I'm probably going to go with these for the back 4 and Michelins for the front. the Michleins really wear great. I have over 100,000 miles on them so far but the fronts are starting to go fast now.
The Michelins suck in the wet and especially snow. But on the front where there is considerable weight they seem ok.

I don't have a dually, and my truck is a 4x4, but I always use 2 wheel drive until I need 4 wheel drive.
I have been running my BFG AT K/Os for over 10K miles now and they are wearing great. At least 25% of that mileage has been towing a large trailer. I have 13/32 of tread depth left out of the original 16/32. This means that I should get 40K miles out of them with continued frequent towing.
As for traction, I don't drive in mud very often, but I can tell you they are not as good as a Mud T/A. Then again know All Terrain tread will be. As for snow and sand, I really like them. I have been completely happy with the ride and traction. They have a lot of siping in the tread, which helps with any slippery conditions.
I have run them on several vehicles now, and have been happy with the performance every time. They are a good all around tire.

I got rid of my goodyear GSa's with only 54,000 kilometers on them.
Fronts cupped like crazy and the rears bounced all over with whatever air pressure I put in.
Goodyear store kept telling me its the alignment. Had it checked again...it was fine.
I now have TOYO HT E tires on and can run a lot more air then I could in the gsa-pc-o'-pupes
.
Mileage has improved because of the higher air pressure too. No cupping, vibrating or bouncing.
I run 70 rear and 75 front. These beat my all time favorite tire the Michelin LTX!
