Securing Trailer
I saw a company that made a removable tounge on there boat trailers if you weld or know a good welding shop im sure they could set you up. Just pull 2 pins and the tounge slides out and your gone. The master locks that slide up into the coupling work well to i had to cut one off for a customer and they are tuff.
At minimum, use a hitch lock like one of these:

But I would also find a way to secure the wheels. Either a wheel lock/chock setup. Or just a chain through the rims so that it can't be towed away.

Maybe something like this http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...&cm_ite=safety
There are better products I am sure but cost becomes a factor when you go for quality.

Or if you could just pull the wheels and take them with you.
