Replacing Mirrors

Well I received my towing mirrors (electric) today and am wondering how many of you have replaced mirrors before? I haven't, and am wondering how big of a job it is? Does the whole door panel have to come off? Do I need any special tools? Just full of questions, aren't I??? :
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated..........

Grampaw

Re:Replacing Mirrors

CMN,
Just read your reply on the other thread, Thanks. I'm here to tell ya, these mirrors are really MIRRORS! They're 10" x 10" and extend out 4 1/2"...... MORE mirror than I expected. I know I'll be able to see out of these. ;D ;D Will post more after I get them installed.
Thanks Again
Grampaw
