That is a good idea. I know a door guy here locally. Have to run it past him.

The correct term around here is "Shorebilly". There are no hills, except for the landfill and the highway overpass. And yes, I admit that I are one.
Actually, I rather prefer "Country Gentleman".

If the "seconds" garage door panels aren't the right price, you can make super-strong composite panels on the cheap with R-panel roofing, hard foam insulation boards from a builder's supply, and construction cement.
Best part is - you can have one-peice sides if ya want.
