Here are couple of my new Toy hauler.
This was bringing it home new with no WD hitch. They calim 1200# toung wt but I think it is significantly higher than that. I now have a WD hitch that helps level it out some.

This was home for 9 days while on vacation in Colorado ATVing.

I wanted to post this picture in memory of the two trailer tires you see. After about 85 miles, they went bye bye. The rear one nealy exploded, well, it did, and merely flew right off the rim. This of course took the tread off the one front of it. Nice. Really nice. It was 90 F and I had no help. Made for a wonderful Saturday morning on the side of the turnpike. I'm tire shopping today. I only had about #10,000 in payload on. 11 full bales + a half on the neck. I was a little over on the tire rating, but not much taking out the tongue weight. I had checked pressures and everything before I left, I thought I was ok. Guess not, 'eh?
Negative. They were Cooper AT's that came on it from the factory.
They were 235/85R16's E's rated at I believe #2300s or something like that. 2300 * 4 = #9200. I had 11 bales at like #900 plus a partial at like #300 so #10,200 payload. Plus trailer minus the weight held by the truck, it would have been close to max if not, slightly over. I had 75 PSI in the load range E 80 PSI max. I found some "G" rated 14 ply tires locally for $119.00 a tire! I am getting ready to research them to see how they are made and if they are worth that. The Goodyear G614 RST are rated at #3750 each max at 110 PSI but they are $255 a tire! Yikes! These others are made by "Goldway"???? Anyway, wrong thread for tire discussions, but wanted to answer your questions. Thanks. JWB

You're lucky!
You get to use that fancy software to do the heavy lifting... I have to rely on seat-of-my-pants engineering and whatever brain cells I can muster after Tequila Night at the old folk's home yesterday.
How did you arrive at 23125# GCVW?
bales - 10,200#
trailer - 6,500#
dually - >7,500#
equals - over 24,200#
