Hey Mike, if you get less than 8mpg towing the swimming pool gaggle you have a parachute grabbing more air than the airboat.

I towed the same airboat with a 3.73 gear and got 7.34 mpg, same route. Like I said above I get 11 towing my 35ft fifth wheel.

 

I am 25 min from Peotone. Its a Nissan UD, 1995, 6cyl 6.9L 210hp diesel, 6 speed trans. I'd sell the Mega if I could, but I can't. I'll sell you the UD..

Wow, thats a good 24,000 lbs of bales on that trailer, unless they are really dry...

Not my trailer. 12 bales are ok if you keep your speed down. Make 2 sometimes 3 runs every fall to stock up for winter.
