Question Moving from Waynoka, OK, to Savannah, GA

I'm thinking about using a transport service, but I would like to use someone who moves cars with their own equipment instead of a rental company. I need to have my household goods moved from Waynoka, OK, to Savannah, GA. I'm still deployed, and I will be until after the school year starts. My wife and kids need to get to Savannah by about mid-August. I'm exploring all options here because my wife cannot drive a huge truck cross-country with a baby, especially since she's only been driving for a year.

If this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move it. I have no idea where something like this should go.

Man, it's too bad... I just left that area. At least I would have been able to help you set up.

I did edit your thread just a little, we don't allow requests for work like that on the forum. Feel free to PM me if you have any ?'s.

Thats a big move with the loved ones involved and the heat that that time of year can bring.

I am sure you will find a way that will sit well with your concerns.

Why not just leave your truck there at a friends house and then you can pick it up when you get back? If she can drive it ( your truck ) you might get a U-Haul auto transport for her car. As far as your furniture any number of moving companies or possibly something like Pods.
