More licensing ....no cdl over 26k?

Just curious.... I found out that Nevada offers a NON cdl Class A and class b. Having it and driving your own anything for your own use not for profit should be legal in any state, right?

It allows for doubles, over 26k lbs, single vehicles over 26 etc....almost anything.

Do other states offer it?
