Incorrect "nobody cares" - congrats and best-of-luck. You are in Clearwater, I am across the "alley" in Miami. Be safe and sane, but make lots of money !!

3-4 automobiles!! But my trailer has the trailer hauler package so im guessing i could haul 3-4 trailers or maybe even a few boats on trailers. But im stickin with autos cause that is more then enough work out there and I wouldnt have to mess with using the winch and hauler setup which could take more time of settin up

ccoop769....any thoughts in the future of an exhaust brake ? Your loads may not be that heavy, but it sure will pay for itself (my opinion) in wear on your brakes (trailer brakes too). I love my PRXB Pac Brake - have photos of it in my gallery - also provides on-board air to inflate a tire, air horns, etc. They are not cheap, but it looks like you've spent so $$$ to get your rig well set up. I know I have been very happy I've had mine on a number of occasions (usually in the middle of the night somewhere where a sign say "no engine brake")

I have the standard exhaust brake which works awesome. I cant compare it to the real thing since i never used the real thing and im new to truckin. But i luv my stock exhaust brake and I do plan on using it all the time except on gravel, dirt, water!!!!!

Since you are a pro driver, have you ever heard of anyone making ram quad cab into a sleeper berth that is DOT approved??????

I heard some chatter about, as previously mentioned, the removal of the passenger seat - I believe the distance from the dash to the rear of the crew cab is longer than the width of the rear seat, but I can't address the 2' x 2' issue. You might also check www.hotshothauling.com - a lot of the folks over there have done EVERYTHING relating to hot shot work. You'll also see a "trend" for guys to drift towards the medium duty trucks, but that may be down the road for you a bit. I have the FL70 and my 05' Dodge 3500 (with the toter bed, CTD 6spd) - both have their uses, but out on the open road, especially with a 15,000+ load, I am much happier in the FL70. As I am strictly private now (personal use only), I do not have to comply with FMCA laws, but of course still swing onto scales, go through inspection points, and have my Class A CDL (as required for the combination weight, even private use). But I will tell you, having that twin bunk sleeper, that I can stand up in and stretch as well as stretch out in, is a big plus (let alone being "legal" pursuant to your question). Hopefully you can find a solution, but this issue has certainly been raised before.
