I have a class 5 from factory and I'm looking for a decent hitch, I'd rather not spend more than 100$ for the whole setup. My question is: should I get a regular ball hitch w/ adjustable mount or a clevis (sp)....why do some clamp hitches come w/ the hooks for chains and others dont?? I'm pulling a pop-up camper about 3k w/ a 2"ball and a flatbed w/ 1 7/8 now but I don't want to limit myself. Which way should i go???? Thanks for the help.
