Hellwig rear sway bar for 2004.5 2500 CTD

Just installed a rear sway bar on my 2004.5 Dodge RAM 2500 4x4. Pictures located at: http://www.gorowan.com/2004ram/hellwig_swaybar

hauling

I use a frame mounted flipover ball hitch with an adapter for my 5er. I have not noticed much movement in high winds. My personal thoughts is a low mounted ball hitch applies less sway on a truck than does a fifth wheel hitch. Fifth wheel hitch is 12" to 18" mounted above the frame is a lever in itself. There are pros & cons to both type hitches. Sway bar does give me much better handling on the mountain roads.

Dan Tana, cool site, the sway bar looks just like it came with the truck from the factory. I've been contemplating the need for a rear sway bar, we'll see after towing the bigger trailer.
