Good gooseneck
I have an H&H tilt deck. If you want cheap go with them, if you want high quality look elsewhere. It serves my purposes(hauling my 4x4 and tractor for grass cutting company) but would not stand up to commercial use. It BARELY handles what I throw at it, lots of gravel roads.
My trailer is 3 yrs old already I have had to do tires once(almost time again), lots of wiring fixes(its all exposed), replace taillights, replaced breakway battery and have broken a u-bolt.
Axles are slightly out of alighnment so it goes thru tires fast! Also the axle are some goofy odd ball thing and use a goofy bolt pattern. Tired 3 different tire shops and in the end HAD to go back to the dealer to get a spare tire.

. I paid $8200 for my Pro-Trak GN with dual jacks, low pro frame, Mile Marker 12K lb winch, three ramps, side turn markers, spare, chain box, tool box, and more stuff. Mine has Dexter Oil bath Axles.Just my experience.
I priced a H&H here in town and it was over $10,000 without most options

Your dealer must be marking up quite a bit! Around here no one can beat H&H's prices... but it shows. Good deal if you all you do is haul your vehicle to car shows and stay on pavement. Much past that.....
Just my humble opinion from limited experience and looking around before buying my PJ GN. The PJ seemed much better over all and at a lower price than what was offered by many dealers near me. I've been very happy with my 37' (32' flat 5' dovetail). I've had many compliments on it about the build quality. I have tandem dual Dexter oil bath axles. It pulls great both empty and loaded but I have never pulled any other GN's to compare to. No problems and I have loaded up to 18,300 lbs on it. No question about buying the same trailer if I had to do it again. I'm not a profesional hauler, just use it for my personal needs.
CORN PRO
Ive got a 14K 20+5' gooseneck. it pulls like a dream and has the best paint of all that I looked at PLUS it has the only ramps I could find that folded up and left a flat deck so I can back on top of them.

PJ, Kaufman, BIG TEX, H&H all were poor paint quality from the ones I saw and the only ones that were close to the ramps I wanted was the PJ trailer BUT I also didnt like the overbearing pin-striping on the PJ either..

I mentioned 2 trailers - Legend and PJ..the better of the 2 is Legend. Built to yor specs if needed. Excellent wiring (no scotchlocks), stout, very well built.

I ain't my any means an expert. I've pulled a couple of trailers but mainly PJ and Trail Master. I really do like the Trail Master. It was a dual tandem 25+5. A friend of mine owns it. Like his sets with chrome simulators, LED lights, chain box, pop up dove, closer supports for the deck, A 17k lb. warn winch he has about $8500 in his. I may have forgot some things. I liked the PJ for a single wheel tandem. Another friend of mine jus bought a Lone Wolf 20+5 dual tandem and he gave $5250 for it brand new. I'm still looking for one for me.
i love my kaufman well made trailer. it is a 30ft flat deck no dove tail 14,000 gvw dual axel. loaded and over loaded many times. pics in my photos dont know how to post them in a forum
