Exhaust brake?

Anyone use a Smart Brake exhaust brake.

It uses s guillotine valve and will operate down to 1000 rpms and automatically releases.

Because following the sheep isn't always the best line.....Just easier as it requires little risk.

Never heard of it. Is there a US dealer?

Your right; I never follow, I always lead, even if its right off a cliff!

I just liked the idea of an exhaust brake that brakes down to 1000 rpm and the guillotine valve sounds nice to.

Even if it brakes down to 1000 rpm it's going to be such a small amount of braking HP it really won't matter. It's until about 2000 rpm and higher that the braking power really comes on.
